82-year-old East Devon businessman admits driving without due care and attention
EAST Devon businessman Thomas Kremer, 82, of Widworthy near Honiton, changed his plea and admitted driving without due care and attention on the A35 near Wilmington on June 23
He was fined £300 with a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was also endorsed with six points.

Charges relating to failing to stop and give his name and address after an accident occurred in which damage was caused to another vehicle were dismissed. He did not face a separate penalty for driving on the same date in a vehicle which had no MOT certificate.
