Tailback on A38 caused by two car incident on Haldon Hill
An incident involving two cars left the A38 on Haldon Hill in Chudleigh partially blocked this morning.
Traffic moved very slowly northbound at Harcombe Cross and there were reports of travel time up to 65 minutes.
A black Peugeot and a White Ford Transit van were involved.
The vehicles were recovered from the road.
