Animal issues are the big difference
MANY people are saying that there seems to be little between the politics of the three main parties.
Maybe with the worldwide financial problems there is little room for much manoeuvering, but there is one issue on which people can see a difference and prove how compassionate they are.
This is the issue of animal cruelty.
The Conservatives have been, until very recently, very vocal on their insistance that they will go out of their way to bring back hunting, (and the killing of), our wild mammals — including deer, foxes and hare.
This is a totally unnecessary, and barbaric pastime for people who should have evolved past such 'hobbies'.
The Conservatives have also promised a widespread cull of another of our mammals — the badger.
This purely to appease some farmers, and gain their votes, and not based on any scientific evidence.
Badgers may/may not carry bovine TB, but once the badgers are gone and the farmers still have a problem, do we then slaughter all the deer, bats, rabbits, dogs, cats and any other mammal that might be capable of carrying bovine TB — not causing it.
The Welsh Assembly have already given the shooters permission to start slaughtering birds such as the house sparrow, starlings, and slaughtering the badgers — do the public want to take a step back to the Middle Ages and bring back hunting? I think not.
Ask your political 'wannabes' where they stand on such issues, and maybe, for once, you will vote to support those who don't have a voice and save our wildlife for everyone to enjoy!

“So LibLabCons aren't different enough for you, Mrs Y! You are quite correct, since they have all been proven to be corrupt beyond redemption. However, when we have 2 wars dragging on with thousands of soldiers at risk, international terrorism imperilling whole subcontinents, a global financial crisis, with millions of jobs at stake, a budget deficit putting the places of thousands of students in schools and universities and millions of sick people in hospitals in doubt, plus a crumbling and dysfunctional judicial system failing law-abiding people, and with the EU turning into a money consuming, corrupt and undemocratic police state, do you really think you have your priorities right? Personally, I think you will be wasting your time, as they will only lie to you anyway and tell you what you want to hear. Even so, it seems to me that you are, like a misguided inhabitant of a castle under siege, making the decision on who should lead the defence, on which your life depends, on whose choice of wall paper you like the most. Totally irrelevant! Remember, Hitler was vehemently against hunting and banned it in Nazi Germany, and Churchill hunted! Personally, I will vote for the only honest party that will give you the choice of binding referendums on issues you find important and stop the lying and cheating of the LibLabCons once and for all, by allowing you to get rid of sitting MPs, also by referendum (useful when they break their election pledges, as usual). That¿s why I and many others will vote for UKIP.”
