BLAZING A TRAIL: Anthony Rowe's Night Time on the A30, taken near Honiton
Explaining how he created the stream lighting effect with his Canon 400d camera, he said: "I used the neutral density filter to give longer exposure for about 45 seconds, which holds back the light and creates a longer shutter speed.
"I have used the technique before for cityscapes and bits and pieces but it is the first time I have used it like that. I took about 15 shots with different exposures and shutter speeds.
"I was very pleased with how it came out as I have managed to get some detail and lights in the background and you can see the road and not just the lights."
