Other pupils painted in the style of Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser, English artist Fred Yates and Australian Aboriginal painter Clifford Possum Tjapaltjarri.
Every class focused on a particular artist. The class recreating the style of Tjapaltjarri was asked to paint their dreams on canvas, like Aboriginal artists.
And the class inspired by Henry Moore created its own sculptures from fast-drying plaster, paper and polystyrene.
Parents viewed the children's work at an evening exhibition.
Headteacher Vincent McCloskey said: "It was a week dedicated to art to enthuse the children in a more creative curriculum.
"Some classes did originals and others did representations of the artists' work. They have been enthused and inspired by it.
"They greatly enjoyed it and produced high quality work."
