Audio: Tisdale - "It was a below par performance"
PAUL Tisdale says his players put in a below par performance at Bristol Rovers on Saturday as they crashed to a 2-0 defeat at the Memorial Stadium.
Keeper Artur Krysiak let a Ollie Nurburn shot squirm through his legs and it to the back of the net for what the Exeter City manager described as a crucial goal in the match. Tisdale brought on Jake Gosling and Jimmy Koehane at half-time but, despite an improved display from City after the break, Lee Brown hit an angled drive past Krysiak in the 83rd minute to seal the win.

“below par performance? you having a laugh Mr. Tisdale, it was an embarressing performance from a side much better than that, great tactics pumping the high ball up to a forward line that was like 6"-8" taller than our lone striker.”
