Blue Banana's staff friendly and helpful
WELL done, Blue Banana in Exeter. After spending time in big shops in town last Saturday, and no one being at all interested in serving or asking if they could help, what a joy to meet the young people of the above shop who were friendly and helpful.
In the end, we bought our item. Also the staff of Thomas Moores were helpful too.
I am a pensioner and very glad to see that some youngsters have got some sense.
Other shops in town need to spread their staff around their stores, instead of all being bunched together.
Once again, well done.

“I was pleased that you had a good experience of young people. Far too many people are keen to knock them at every opportunity. Its no wonder they get accused of not showing respect.when they get shown any. I would also like to praise the staff at The Plant cafe in Cathedral Close. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always polite, helpful and friendly.”
