Campaigners bid to save 100 year-old shed
Campaigners are looking to raise thousands of pounds to save a 100 year-old corrugated iron shed held up by props.
Chitty’s Shed may serve no useful purpose and look a wreck but it has considerable sentimental value for it was the Dawlish Warren Gold Club’s first clubhouse.

Now shed lovers have come together in a bid to raise £8,500 required to renovate and sustain the historic, if not aesthetically satisfying edifice.
An anonymous club member has offered £2,000 and there is another £1,350 in the Save the Shed fund.
