ST LOYE'S Foundation has acquired new Exeter city centre premises at Beaufort House in New North Road.

It enabled the long established training charity to relocate its administrative and training headquarters from its current rented accommodation across the road at Brittany House.

The charity, which also has offices across North Devon and in Cardiff and Warrington, has been able to complete the move through the sale of its original home in Topsham Road.

St Loye's has appointed commercial property managers Jones Lang LaSalle to oversee its move and future building maintenance and to liaise with the building's commercial tenants.
