Children to meet Belsen survivor
PRIMARY school pupils will learn first hand about the Second World War when they are visited by a Holocaust survivor.
Broadclyst Primary School, working with the Holocaust Education Trust, has invited Rudi Oppenheimer, who survived being incarcerated in Bergen-Belsen concentration camp, to the school.
Rudi, who was just 12 when he was released from the concentration camp in 1945, will speak to the older pupils about his experiences.
