City beat Argyle after penalties
EXETER City manager Steve Tully was too nervous to watch as wife Tamsin slotted the crucial penalty in their 5-4 shootout win over Plymouth Argyle in the League Cup.
The two sides were locked at 1-1 after 90 minutes from goals by Leah Brooks and Emily Mosely.
Penalties were required after extra time, with Tamsin's effort crashing in off the underside of the bar via the keeper's gloves.
"In tough conditions the girls held their nerve and coolly stepped up to take their penalties when needed," said manager Steve.

Burwood, Kirsty Caunter, Marika Ghiglia and Carla Staddon sent the shootout into sudden death at 4-4, and Tamsin netted her kick before Argyle missed to give City the win.
