EXETER City will introduce fresh incentives to get more youngsters watching the Grecians at St James's Park next season.

City have announced they will freeze all league matchday ticket prices, introduce a new premium ticket for the Flybe Stand and discontinue their family tickets for the 2012/13 campaign.

But in its place the club will bring in cheap matchday and season tickets for children under-12, children under-18 and full-time students.

Chief executive Julian Tagg said: "The thinking behind this change was to make it even easier to bring your young family to watch their local team.

"We feel the new under-12 ticket for league games is fantastic value and shows our commitment to the next generation of City supporters.

"The club is working extremely hard behind the scenes to become even more family friendly with the likes of community corner and the already highly-popular matchday experience, and this is the next step in that commitment."

From the start of next season, children under-12 will pay £2 to watch City from the Big Bank or Old Grandstand and £5 for a seat in the Flybe Stand.

Alternatively a season ticket would cost the youngsters £37 for entrance to the Big Bank and Old Grandstand, or £88 in the Flybe if they bought under the super saver scheme which runs until March 29. Full-time students and under-18s will be able to gain admittance to the Big Bank for £5, £6 in the Old Grandstand, £14 in the Flybe and £15 in the Flybe premium areas on matchdays.

A season ticket under the super saver scheme for those areas will cost £88, £105, £241 and £258 respectively.

Matchday tickets for the premium section of the Flybe stand will cost adults £25 and concessions £19, while a season ticket bought before the end of next month will cost adults £428 and concessions £326.

Elsewhere season ticket prices have gone up slightly – adults will have to pay £292 for a Big Bank season ticket before the end of March, £360 for a place in the Old Grandstand and £411 for a Flybe seat. Last year those tickets cost £285, £355 and £405 respectively.

Concession season tickets are on sale for £207 in the Big Bank, £258 for the Old Grandstand, £309 in the Flybe and £326 in the Flybe premium area.
