Exeter has achieved Fairtrade status yet again.

A wide availability of Fairtrade products in local shops and high levels of support from local people, organisations and businesses is what you can expect to find in Exeter.

Devon's capital has received recognition from the Fairtrade Foundation for its tireless campaign.

Chairman of Exeter City Council's Fairtrade Steering Group, Ian Martin, said "Support for Fairtrade in Exeter has always been strong and this confirms that it still is. There's never been a better time for people to pledge their support for Fairtrade and buy Fairtrade goods in the many shops, restaurants and cafes throughout the city."
