“I know nothing of the circumstances of the incident therefore do not apportion blame in my earlier comment.
Read in to this what you will. I am simply making a comment in the 'Comments' section.
My condolences go to the family of the deceased”

“I've never noticed any motorcycles travelling at speed on this road. However, being a cylist, i almost always get electric shocks in my loins induced in the saddle from the pylons crossing the road. Most annoying or exhilerating, depending on how you look at it !”

“why is it that when there is a biker down it turns into a witch hunt/slagging match against motorcyclists ? just keep to the article and be nice - someone has been hurt.
i hope the rider makes a speedy recovery and that Ed isn't his doctor.”

“Firstly, I hope nobody is seriously hurt. Secondly, whenever I travel this road (and many others like it) there are bikers passing me at speeds well above the limit. Some motorcyclists are an accident waiting to happen.
