A spokeswoman for the BBC said: "In the final, they must cater for a group of discerning guests on one of the world's most romantic railway journeys.
"With tiny kitchens, narrow carriages and the swaying train beneath them, the chefs must cook and front of house must serve a lavish five-course menu to discerning passengers, all under the watchful eye of Raymond and his inspectors.
"Ambition thwarts, menus are misjudged, memories fail, the wine disappoints and dud gifts leave guests perplexed — all packed into a journey aboard Europe's most famous train.
"But one couple must win and one dream will come true."
The final episode can be seen on BBC 2 on Wednesday, October 29 at 8pm.

“James and Alasdair have everything going for them, they have matured and developed through this series of "The Restaurant"
It is clear the talent that James has and I can't wait to taste his food in their Restaurant and Alasdair has grown in confidence, taken comments on board and show he can be a great front of house manager.
Go for it James and Alasdair!”
