Court hearing on Exeter anti-social home ban
EXETER magistrates were this week hearing if a city home at the centre of repeated anti-social behaviour should be shut down for three months.
Police boarded up the property in Exe Street, St David's, last week and magistrates heard reasons for an order during a court hearing on Wednesday, October 31.

Police want the flat's occupants, Karen Walton and her 22-year-old son Robert Walton, to be prohibited from entering the property – along with anyone else – for three months.
At the time of going to press, the full hearing into the facts of the case was being held in front of magistrates. For more on this story see next week's Echo.
