Crews tackle car on fire near Powderham
Fire crews were called to a car that had caught fire on the A379 near Powderham today.
At 11:26am one fire engine from Middlemoor was sent to the vehicle blaze, the crews used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and one dry powder extinguisher to deal with the fire.

There were no injuries and the fire is not believed to be suspicious.
