Cullompton child porn case adjourned
A MULTIPLE sclerosis sufferer has admitted breaking a sex offender's order by accessing child pornography.
Michael O'Hare, 60, was given special dispensation not to go in the dock when he appeared at Exeter Crown Court on an electric invalid carriage.

He parked the buggy just inside the door of the court and had such difficulty speaking that his pleas had to be relayed through his barrister, Mr David Sapiecha.
O'Hare, of Ashill, Cullompton, admitted one offence of making an indecent image of a child, rated at level one, the lowest category.

He also admitted being in breach of a Sexual Offences Prevention Order made at Exeter Crown Court in 2007 by accessing, viewing or saving images of children from the internet.
Judge Francis Gilbert, QC, Recorder of Exeter, adjourned the case for the prosecution and defence to discuss eight other allegations, which were not put to O'Hare. Mr Sapiecha is seeking clarification from the prosecution about the details of the evidence.
