Ivybridge 3 Tiverton 2

TIVERTON surrendered a 2-0 lead as they were knocked out of the county cup at the quarter-final stage.

The Yellows were 2-0 up after 20 minutes through Jason Kennard and Chris Atyeo. Ivybridge dominated proceedings after the break and pulled a goal back from the penalty spot.

Ivybridge scored again and an own goal 10 minutes from time gave the visitors victory.

UNDER-13

Tiverton Town 4 St Martins 2

THIS was Tiverton's first match in the Exeter & District Youth League in 2010. The Yellows started brightly and Jack Rainey fired them ahead inside five minutes.

Reece Kingdom then found Rainey with a pass and he turned and scored his second of the game. The Yellows went further ahead when a Kingdom corner was headed home by Will Pinnick.

Keeper Ryan Clarke had no chance with Saints' opening goal, but the home side responded, Scott Billings making it 4-1 by half-time.

The visitors scored the only goal of the second half, another excellent long range strike.

UNDER-11

Kentisbeare Colts 2 West Hill 5

THIS match was, at times, played in torrential rain, but both teams contributed to an entertaining contest.

Despite early pressure from the home side, the Wasps were two goals up at the break and opened the second half with another goal. Colts striker Tom Bunker hit back with two excellent goals towards the end. Daniel Summer was Kentisbeare's star man with a solid defensive display.

Culm Falcons 9 Pinhoe 1

CULM Falcons romped to victory in this Exeter & District Youth League game at Magelake. Matty Leaney and Oliver Elsworthy (2) scored to put Culm in control at the break, the visitors replying through Ben O'Keefe.

Oliver Marston (2), Jack Aldred, Tom Mortiboys, Oliver Shuster-Woods and William Birley added goals in the second half.

Alphington 3 Twyford 1

TWYFORD could consider themselves unfortunate not to take a share of the spoils from this Exeter & District Youth League game. Lewis Hill was the Twyford goalscorer.

UNDER-9

Tiverton Whites 2 West Hill 1

TIVERTON took an early lead through Harry Butler in this Exeter & District Youth League match. Isaac Dawdry was forced to make a fantastic one-on-one save, coming off his line to keep Tivvy's lead intact.

Butler made it 2-0 following some fine build-up play by Lloyd White. Tiverton had further chances but it was West Hill who pulled a goal back.

Tiverton Whites 7 Cullompton 0

HARRY Butler scored two early goals to set Tiverton on their way to a comfortable victory over Cullompton. Joe Greenslade scored from Lloyd White's cross to make it 2-0. White scored to take his tally for the season to 24 goals and send Tivvy in 4-0 up at the break.

Winger Butler scored early in the second half to complete his hat-trick with his 20th goal of the season. Greenslade and Lucas White added further goals for Tiverton, who are now second in the Exeter & District Youth League table with only one defeat and 13 wins so far this season.

Tiverton Yellows 3 Cullompton 0

A LUKE Scampton cross took a deflection off the Cully keeper to give the Yellows the lead in this Exeter & District Youth League game.

Scampton made it 2-0 before Michael Owen killed the game off with Tivvy's third, hammering the ball into the roof of the net from the edge of the box.

Tiverton Yellows 2 West Hill 1

BAILEY Cole made a string of excellent saves to help earn Tiverton victory over the Wasps. After a goalless first half Luke Scampton gave Tiverton the lead and Toby Hide made it 2-1 after West Hill had equalised.
