EXETER Harriers' James Denne won the Great West Run Warm-up 10k, organised by Ironbridge Runner, on Sunday, in a time of 34 minutes and two seconds to finish over a minute clear of Tavistock veteran Richard Drage (35.36). Exmouth's Dave Stone was third (35.38).

Top woman was South West Road Runners' veteran Karen Cook (43.27) from Lisa Slouch (43.37) and SWRR's Ayse Vahiboglu (44.25).

Harriers' Ashley Humphreys finished runner-up (9mins 20secs) in the finial Puma Ironbridge Runner 3k at the Exeter Arena on Monday, with victory going to Wells City Harriers' Jack Bancroft (8.55). Quickest woman was Harriers' Katherine Humphreys in 10.17.
