Driver charged over Sidmouth road death
AN East Devon care home owner has appeared in court charged with causing the death of a popular Sidmouth rugby coach by driving without due care and attention.
Keith Mills, who owns Doveleigh Care Ltd, was charged with causing the death of Richard Sawbridge by careless/inconsiderate driving.

Father-of-three Richard Sawbridge, 68, had been a coach for the juniors at Sidmouth Rugby Club for more than 15 years.
Magistrates sent the case to Exeter Crown Court, where Mr Mills is due to appear for a hearing on February 8.
