Driver is fined
A MOTORIST has been fined after being caught driving with no licence or insurance.
Darren Totterdell, 39, of Lilian Close, Bow, was ordered to pay fines and costs of £265 and handed eight penalty points at Exeter Magistrates' Court when the case was held in his absence.
Totterdell was caught at the wheel of a Chrysler in Exeter on April 20 without the required licence or valid insurance.
