Driver named after fatal accident near Seaton
The driver of a vehicle who died in an incident in Seaton has been named by police.
Cyril Smith, 85, from the Seaton area, is believed to have died from a sudden health problem on September 17.

Two vehciles were involved in the incident, a silver Mini Cooper and a blue Nissan Primera at Colyford Road.
A police spokesman said: "It appears that the driver of the Nissan has suffered a medical episode following the collision.It is thought Mr Smith may have died after being trapped between the two vehicles involved in the collision.

“how could he be the driver of the nissan involved in the collision and then at the end of the report its said that he may have died after being trapped between the two vehicles involved in the collision. one or the other but not both, he was either driving the car or a pedestrian caught between the two??”
