PREPARATIONS have begun for the Exmouth Lions Club annual duck race on Easter Sunday, April 4, on the boating lake at Exmouth Fun Park.

Anyone wishing to sponsor a duck can do so on the day or at the kiosk in the Magnolia Centre between 10am and 2pm from Monday, March 29, at £1 each.

Dave Laskey, press relations officer for the Lions Club, said: "This year it has been decided that the prizes will be increased, with £100 for the winning duck, £60 for second and £40 for third."
