East Devon teenager "incited children to be involved in pornography", Exeter court hears
A TEENAGER has appeared before Exeter magistrates charged with inciting children to become involved in pornography.
Christopher Fabry, 19, of Kennedy Way, Dunkeswell, faces three charges.

Exeter Magistrates Court
The court heard he is accused of inciting a girl between May 17, 2011 and May 20, 2011, whom he did not reasonable believe to be aged 18 or over to be involved in pornography in any part of the world.
There is a second similar charge relating to a younger girl between the same dates, and a third charge that he made four indecent photographs of children between October 1, 2011 and November 30, 2011.
