Exeter Chiefs head coach Rob Baxter makes four changes to his starting XV for Worcester Warriors’ visit to Sandy Park in a bid to avoid a fourth straight defeat.

Fijian Sireli Naqelevuki – who scored a late try to help the Chiefs beat Worcester 31-26 at Sixways last season in a thrilling match – returns at the expense of the injured Jason Shoemark.
