Exeter man charged with taking bicycle in Sidwell Street
A man from Exeter has been charged with taking a bicycle without consent.
Martin Lee Hughes, 41, who has no fixed address, was arrested just after 2am today in Sidwell Street by officers attending another incident. The bicycle was recovered a short time later.He is due to appear before city magistrates tomorrow.
