Graham Muirhead, 32, of Smythen Street, Exeter, has been made the subject of a community order after he pleaded guilty to being in Fore Street on January 11 when he was carrying a bill hook without good reason or lawful authority.
The order will see him subject to a curfew for six weeks. He will have to pay a £60 victim surcharge and the bill hook will be destroyed.
