Exeter man recieves conditional discharge after damaging police CCTV system

David Elliott, 43, of Geneva Close, Exeter, admitted damaging cell walls and a CCTV system belonging to Devon & Cornwall Police on January 20 before Exeter magistrates.

He received a 12-month conditional discharge and will have to pay £34.50 in compensation to the police.
