At midday there will be a performance by the Crediton World Music Choir.
Organiser Mark Gold said: "We're proud to have brought together so many organisations and companies from the South West that are trying to make the world a kinder place.
"This includes Exeter groups and traders, regional charities such as the Devon Wildlife Trust and Cornwall's Monkey Sanctuary,, and innovative firms like renewable energy experts Kaiteur, from Sidmouth, which sells original and exciting green products, and Luther & Jane, with their fashionable range of fairtrade clothing."
