CAMPAIGNERS have raised awareness about climate change by flying a large flag visible across a large part of Devon.

The flag, which can be seen from many parts of Dartmoor as well as from Exeter, was transported to Haldon Belvedere on Haldon Hill by local children and adults on horseback, foot and bicycles. Inside the Belvedere, videos made by children from Hennock School, near Bovey Tracey, were shown on the theme of Looking after our World.

The huge 350 flag flying from the top of the tower raises awareness of the Global 350 campaign, highlighting the threat of climate change.
