1PM: Legal action is being considered by a businessman over claims of faults in a multi-million pound bowling alley and leisure complex in a Devon resort.
Problems in a floor at the state-of-the-art building under construction on Exmouth seafront are thought to have been found, forcing the completion date to be put back months.

11AM: Members of an East Devon town's sailing club have been celebrating after winning a national award.
The Exe Sailing Club, at Exmouth, has been crowned Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Club of the Year 2010 at a prestigious ceremony.

10AM: Business owner Roger Panter has said "99 per cent" of shops on Sidwell Street want two-way traffic restored nearby Paris Street.
Mr Panter, who owns Panters, which has traded in Sidwell Street for more than 100 years, said the Paris Street one-way system had made life in the city worse for pedestrians, drivers and traders.

9AM: Police are reminding members of the public that there are no plans for any walkabouts in the city during the Queen's visit to Exeter.
The force switchboard has received a number of calls from people asking where to stand during the Queen's visit to the county.
Her Majesty and the Duke of Edinburgh are making a trip to Wyvern Barracks in Exeter this morning and any public wanting to get a glimpse of the Queen are asked to ensure they are away from the highway and to follow instructions from police and security.

“I/we have just returned fron the barracks after seeing our Queen and it was realy smashing to see her she looks great and i would just have loved to thank her for coming ,it was great for all the young cadets to see her and of course the Dkle of Edinburgh some of the little ones were fantastic and stood for ages in the cold waiting to put on a display for them and they never moaned once bless them i was shocked at how many where there and was told it was just a fraction of how many there are many thanks to all who made this function possible”
