LAST evening I was sitting in my garden which adjoins fields and surrounding Exmoor.

Peace was shattered by spasmodic gunshots, by people killing wildlife.

Wouldn't you think after this week's appalling tragedy that they could have shown restraint and respect as it was 'one of their own' who with his firearms killed and maimed innocent people?

Gun owners must be so desensitised by killing that they have no morals or respect for these poor victims.

I went indoors saddened by these shooters' actions.
