Judges back Budleigh Salterton seafront cafe plan
A judicial review has found in favour of East Devon planners' decision to give the go-ahead for a new glass fronted cafe on Budleigh Salterton's seafront.
The council's planning process had been questioned by those against plans for the cafe.
The decision by the judge means that, unless there is a further and successful challenge to the judge's decision from the opposers of the plans, the modified planning permission stands.
