Labour's special cheer for NHS staff
I HAVE just returned from the Labour Party national conference where on the last day there was a celebration of the 60th anniversary of the National Health Service.
A group of staff representing all the various workers in the NHS were invited on to the platform and they were cheered to the rafters by the audience.
I have not seen this reported in the media. I therefore thought it important to write and let the local NHS staff know about this and just how much their hard work and dedication is appreciated.
Thank you every one of you.

“It's a shame your wonderful party don't celebrate the hard work put in by members of other areas of the public sector rather than just shaft them year after year.
What exactly did your "conference" achieve?”
