THE Westcountry Golf Academy at Sampford Peverell will be running league nights at its driving range throughout the winter season.

The action starts with a one-off competition on December 11. There will be targets on the range with various scoring zones. The range will be used exclusively for competition players from 6pm to 7pm on Fridays.

Entry is £4, which includes competition fee, all range balls, tea/coffee/soup and prizes for the winning team.

The academy will also provide practice balls from 5.45pm to 6pm. For more details, call 01884 820825.
