Man arrested after attempting to enter Torquay v Exeter match with a smoke grenade
A man from Torquay has been charged with possession of a smoke grenade after he was stopped attempting the enter Plainmoor at the Torquay United v Exeter City match last night.
The eighteen year old was arrested after he was found to be in possession of the device at about 7.50pm.

Devon and Cornwall Police
He was detained at Torquay Custody Centre before being charged with the offence under the Sporting Events Act 1985.
He was then bailed to appear before South and West Devon MC on 31 January 2013.
