Man banned from driving for three years after being caught behind the wheel while over the limit twice in three days
Pavilos Urbanos, 28, of Ivy Close, Exeter, drove on February 10 in Honiton Road when the proportion of alcohol in his breath was 123 mcg in 100ml, exceeding the legal limit.
He pleaded guilty to this and also that, on February 8, he drove in Red Lion Lane when the proportion of alcohol in his breath was 81mcg in 100ml, exceeding the legal limit.

He was made the subject of a community order which will see him have to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months, fined £185, must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and ordered to pay costs of £85. He was also banned from driving for three years which can be reduced by 36 weeks if he satisfactorily completes an approved driving course.
