Man charged with September Ernest Jones jewel theft
A MAN has been arrested and charged with stealing jewellery from Ernest Jones in Exeter last year.
Timothy Sullivan, 48, of Dagenham in Essex, has appeared before Exeter magistrates in connection with a theft at the shop in High Street last September.

The court heard that Sullivan is accused of stealing 14 items of Fope jewellery from the store worth £38,459.
He is also accused of stealing Pandora jewellery worth £975 from MG Welch in Taunton on the same date.

Magistrates directed that the case should be committed to Exeter Crown Court for a trial.
Sullivan will make his first appearance at the crown court on February 22.
He has been remanded in custody until his appearance in court.
