Man released from HMP Exeter wanted on recall to prison
Police in Devon and Cornwall are seeking a 28 year old man who is wanted on recall to prison.
Barry Baum aka Barry Hambly, (pictured) is believed to be in the Plymouth area.

He previously resided in Plymouth and was released from HMP Exeter on 13th April but has failed to comply with the cobditions of his licence and has now been recalled to prison.
Once he is located police intend to arrest him and return him to Prison.

He is described as white man, approximately 5’11” and of proportionate build. He has short dark brown hair, bushy eyebrows, and clean shaven.
He has a deep voice with a West Country accent.
He also has a Tribal tattoo on upper right arm, a brown mole on left lower cheek and a 1” scar on right eyebrow.
His clothing is unknown.
Police are appealing for anyone who has Information to come forward and assist by calling police on 101, quoting police reference EL/12/4246.
