Man sought in assault probe
A MAN who entered a flat in Exmouth and assaulted the occupant on New Year's Day is being sought by police.
The man, who is described as being in his 40s, and his friend who is thought to be in his 50s, were walking past the bike shop on the Strand at about 8.25pm when something fell and landed near them from a flat above.
The men then entered the communal area of the flats and the man in his 40s assaulted one of the men inside.
