Member of the public rescued after falling into 'confined space' in Princesshay, Exeter
A member of the public was rescued by fire crews on Tuesday night after falling into a ‘confined space’ in Princesshay, Exeter.
Devon and Cornwall Fire Service received a call at 21:37pm on New Year’s Day of a person stuck in a confined space on Bedford Street in Exeter city centre.

Fire Crews from Exeter Danes Castle and Middlemoor attended and Fire Service personnel used safety equipment and 2 short extension ladders to rescue the casualty who was conveyed to hospital by the ambulance service.
