TICKETS have been snapped up for the Dream-A-Way charity ball this Saturday.

The Grand Midsummer Ball at Sandy Park in Exeter includes complimentary drinks, a three-course meal and dancing with live music from the Soul Agents.

The band has been sponsored by George Sloan and Rob Skinner, of Timepiece, Exeter.

There will be a casino, bingo, a charity auction and other surprises.

Last year's event raised £15,000 for the charity, which is run entirely by volunteers and organises day trips, holidays and breaks for seriously ill and disabled people of all ages and their families from across the South West.

Tickets cost £45 per person or £450 for a table of 10. They can be secured with a small deposit by calling 01392 823998 or 07796 442144.
