THE Tiverton League's newest side, Moulder's Mongrels, got off to a flying start when they beat Half Moon 7-2 in Division 1.

Queens Head A got their campaign underway by beating the Hare & Hounds B 6 - 3 and the Racehorse defeated Con Club A by the same score.

Aldo's Hounds came back from 3-1 down to beat Barley Mow A 5-4. Mark Aldridge made a crucial clearance in the final frame to clinch victory for the Hounds.

In Division 2, Seven Stars beat White Horse Exiles 9 0.

The Seven Stars Superstars beat Heathcoat 6-3 and the Hairy Dog beat Tiverton Town FC by the same score. Queens Head B won a close match against Con Club Wildcats, 5-4.
