National group acquires holiday park specialist
A Tiverton-based firm that specialises in the valuation and sale of holiday parks has been acquired by a national property group.
Edwards and Partners, which also has an office in Yorkshire, has been acquired by Sanderson Weatherall for an undisclosed sum in a deal that will see founding partner Paul Edwards and business partner Chris Tucker appointed equity partners in the expanded business.

Established 37 years ago, Edwards and Partners is a member of the National Caravan Council and a member and branch adviser for The British Holiday Home Parks Association, which represents the majority of caravan park owners.
It also provides bank security valuations and expert witness reports and currently has in excess of 80 park businesses for sale, with a combined value of £130 million.

All seven staff will be retained and will continue to operate out of the Devon and Yorkshire offices. The business will trade under the title Edwards and Partners, a division of Sanderson Weatherall LLP.
