Holiday on Ice backs We Care
HOLIDAY on Ice has become the latest organisation to back the We Care campaign.
When the show comes to Exeter in February, £1 from every adult and senior citizen ticket and 50p from each child ticket of the gala charity performance will be donated to the Echo's campaign — with a minimum donation of £1,000.
This money will go towards funding a new conservatory at Treetops, which offers respite for carers by providing short breaks for the cared for.
On top of this, Holiday on Ice is offering one lucky reader the chance to win tickets to the UK premiere of Mystery in Brighton, including travel and hotel. Simply collect the coupons in the paper from Thursday to Saturday this week.
Holiday on Ice will be taking place at Exeter Westpoint Arena from February 17-22.
Olympic standard skaters will be performing dazzling routines on and above the ice, choreographed by Olympic gold medallist Robin Cousins. He said: "The skaters are really put through their paces from the word go. They must convey a multitude of emotions within the two hours, besides delivering the technical prowess that is associated with my shows.
"I love that they make it happen every day and always manage it with great humour too."
Tickets range from £14 to £28, with all children at £10, although booking fees apply. To book, call the box office on 08705 321 321.
