PAINTERS, artists and craft fans are invited to take part in a county-wide event.

Devon Artist Network (DAN) wants to hear from anyone interested in signing up to this year's Devon Open Studios from Saturday, September 4, to Sunday, September 19.

Devon Open Studios is the largest event of its kind in the county. Last year, 230 artists welcomed over 30,000 visitors to their studios.

The deadline for applications is Sunday, February 28.
