New Cosy Club to create jobs
MORE than 30 jobs are being created by the opening of a new bar and restaurant in Exeter city centre.
Bristol-based company Loungers is preparing to open its sixth Cosy Club in April as part of the redevelopment of Dean Clarke House in Southernhay.
Builders are converting the ground floor of the 5,000sq ft Halford wing of the former hospital to create a 120-seater restaurant, private dining room and 60-cover terrace.
The group, which has 29 outlets nationally, including the Seco Lounge in Plymouth's Royal William Yard, is spending around £600,000 on the project.
