New city date for Howard
WELSH author and former drug smuggler Howard Marks has rescheduled his date in Exeter.
He was due to perform his show An Audience with Mr Nice at Exeter Corn Exchange on January 18, but had to cancel due to ill health.

He has now re-planned his tour and will be at the city venue on March 24.
