New homes plans near Met Office in Exeter given go-ahead
Plans for one of Exeter’s biggest new homes developments have been given the all clear.
Members of the city’s planning committee gave the green light for 750 new homes, along with open space and a site for a new railway halt, for land around the Met Office.

The main access to the site is off Hill Barton Road and there will be a route connected through to Fitzroy and Oberon Roads.
The 57 acre site covers land around the Met Office and Exeter Business Park.
